What information do we collect?
When you use this website, we collect certain pieces of data about you. This is primarily impersonal analytical data which allows us to improve our website and suit it better to the needs and demands of our users. But we may also collect other information too. Cookies are used to collect analytical data, and to manage the membership sign up process.
The data we collect:

- Your email address and any other details you may provide by getting in touch with us through the contact form on the website.
- Your IP address and information about how you arrived at our website.
- If you have joined as a member, your personal details which you have provided as part of the registration process.
Where is your data?
The data we collect is stored on our secure server which is located in Denmark. Some analytical data is collected on our behalf by Google Analytics, and this may be stored outside the European Union.
Who has access to your data?
The number of people who have access to your data, both analytical website usage data, and membership and contact information, is kept to a minimum. You cannot be identified personally from the analytical data. Member details are accessible only by those who administer the membership system and manage the party finances. Your details may also be passed to your local, regional or national branch, if one exists. We may also pass on your personal information if we have a legal obligation to do so. But we won’t share your information with any other organisations for marketing, market research or commercial purposes, and we don’t pass on your details to other websites.
How do we protect your data?
Due to the nature of the internet, we cannot guarantee the security of your data. The data you transfer over the internet, you do at your own risk. However, we have taken steps to protect your data. We use a secure connection for all data transfers to and from our server, and we have implemented security features to reduce the risk of unauthorised access.
